we thought about not putting our decorations just because we couldn't be bothered to get them all out. But now i'm so glad we did.
i think, unfortunatly xmas is dying out, so really we should make an effort, even if its a small desktop tree!

Why don't you buy a little fiber optic tree, you don't even need to decorate them

I'd have a tree if I were you, it gets you in the mood, and is so cheery when you come home. You don't have to have a big one, mine is 4' and so fits on a little table. Without it, Xmas seems not to be really happening.

Or just string up some fairy lights. My boyfriend doesn't 'do' Xmas, but he's put some lights up that I gave him, just so I feel a bit Xmassy at his.

It's only once a year after all!

I agree with the others. In my household we're not particularly christmassy, but our little fibre optic tree on a night watching tv is quite nice and relaxing

I had exactly the same thought's on Saturday - wierd!

Anyway, I have decided that it would be better to do something different and have decided to decorate the house instead, and not bother with the tree!
