OK, calm down..... Just had an email from ex. Not a lovey, dovey, I'm sorry email, just an 'I saw this on Amazon and thought of you' email, with the added comment hope you're ok and signed off with a X So I'm reading too much into this, or am I?? Does ex really know that my internet security is due for renewal soon or is it just a coincidence he sent me this and it's his birthday this weekend, hmmmm????
Whatever his reasons it had an instant effect, straight to the bathroom - ok too much information but how on earth has he still got such control over my bodily functions????
And why send it tonight? He knows Tuesday is my day off, so I have nothing to occupy myself except wonder what he's up to!!! I will not respond, ok so I have actually ordered the product he suggested but he doesn't need me to tell him that nor does he deserve my thanks. I will delete the email and pretend it never was sent, if only!

good, make sure not to respond, because it would open up a whole load of stuff that you have done so well at getting through these past few weeks! Whether he is trying to screw with your head, who knows, but have you seen the last bit of my blog today? It's true, if you withdraw from them then eventually they'll come to you... But dont fall for it, it'd be like taking a few steps back... Have you decided about the bday card yet? I don't think it's a good idea to be honest.....
